The Xavier Aptitude Test (XAT) is conducted by XLRI (Xavier School of Management, Jamshedpur) for admissions to PGDM courses across the country.
The XLRI (Xavier Labour Relations Institute) or (Xavier School of Management, Jamshedpur) will conduct the XAT exam for PGDM admissions in more than 600+ management institutions across India. The XLRI is one of the top organisations that conducts entrance exams for various management courses in India.
XAT Exam is one of the oldest entrance exams for management admissions in India. The XAT exam is a Multiple-Choice Questions (MCQ) based objective test and is one of the most popular national level management entrance exams in India that is conducted every year for PGDM admissions. The aspiring students can take up the XAT exam four times a year and can join the top management colleges in the country. The XAT exam is approved by AICTE and is recognised by the Ministry of Higher Education Government of India.
The aspiring students who have completed their degree in any stream with 50% aggregate marks from the recognised university are eligible to apply for the XAT exam. The candidates who are in the final year of bachelor’s degree are also eligible to apply for the XAT exam. The minimum age criteria required for applying for the XAT exam is 21 years.
The XAT exam is conducted only through Computer Based (Online) mode. The XAT exam paper will have 100 multiple choice questions (MCQs) divided into 2 parts
